Weekly Schedule

Below, is our weekly schedule. We offer 30+ Group CrossFit classes per week.
Group CrossFit classes are led by an instructor and last between 45-60 minutes (depending on the workout)
Classes are currently limited to 10 people during the state’s COVID-19 mandates and we require pre-registration for classes.
