Weekly Schedule

Below, is our weekly schedule. We offer 28 Group CrossFit classes and 2 dedicated Open Gym time slots per week.
Group CrossFit classes are led by an instructor and last between 45-70 minutes (depending on the workout)
Open Gym time slots allow our members to come in and work on skills or build strength on their own. This is not instructor led.
