Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who visits us is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, warm ups, and exercises. We have a focus on coaching every movement and every member to ensure all are achieving their greatest potential in a safe manner.
We offer Intro Sessions which are scheduled at your convenience . This allows you the opportunity to experience a CrossFit workout for yourself, learn more about our gym, and chat about your goals. We will explain our methodology, program offerings, and our community during this session. This Intro Session is also a time for us to evaluate your goals, fitness level, and experience so that we can lay a solid foundation for your CrossFit career. Completing an Intro Session is a prerequisite to attending our group classes.
